We got a new ISP and they did not offer e-mail accounts so we got another one. Two e-mail addresses, same domain, but when she sends me an e-mail it always goes to my Spam folder. Even with Thunderbird's excellent learning and my marking 'not spam'.

What mail provider? if it is a hosted domain; Who is the hosting provider? What anti virus / spam tools do you use. Many "suites" include anti spam and pgish controls which make this very relevant. Tend for instance has been know to force ALL mail into the jusk folder.

Second you refer to a spam folder, but Thunderbird uses a junk folder. So are we talking about your providers server side spam filtering perhaps?
