When I use the Kaspersky Password Manager on Firefox version 62.0.3 it slows down the performance of the mail for AOL, Gmail. Outlook. Yahoo, and other webmail providers. Why does Kaspersky Password Manager slow down the performance on Firefox version 62.0.3.

I'd suggest contacting Kaspersky, as it is their software causing the issue. Generally, I don't recommend using any anti-virus extensions, and in fact I'd strongly suggest removing Kaspersky entirely and just using Microsoft's Security Essentials
