Hi sulltanas, your question reached the Firefox support forum. You may need to contact the site/service where you had the booking directly if a booking was deleted.

Is the problem that you closed a tab in Firefox that you need opened again? You can check the History panel to see whether the address is listed there: open a new tab, change from Top Sites to History, and check either the recently closed tabs, or the full list.
