highlight multiple emails in folder

I am using version 60.5.1 I want to highlight a number of emails in one folder and copy them across to a new folder however I cannot highlight multiple emails. Any ideas?

The standard method is to hold the control key and click the items to select them.

You are using windows 10. So I think you need to explore why. The option to use Ctrl+A, Ctrl and Alt with the mouse to make multiple selections is a function of the operating system going back at least to XP, but probably further than that.

ctrl+ left click not working is discussed in a Micrisift forum here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/ctrlleft-click-not-working/7b4f5087-59eb-4fbb-b334-ad041a251495 There is was suggested the key might be defective or the driver.

You might try restarting Thunderbird in safe mode (Help menu > restart with addons disabled or Help menu Troubleshooting information and click the button in try safe mode.)
