How can I restore my Top Sites?

Hi All,

A few days ago I realized that Firefox was running a bit slower than usual, and decided to restart it with add-ons disabled. I didn't realize that the Top Sites are also restarted, and removed. I now regret having taken those steps, and can't figure out how to restore those "Top Sites.

I still have the Old Firefox Data folder, and hope that it can be used to restore the Top Sites. I would appreciate any advice, and suggestions.
