No bookmarks after Syncing completed

After Installing Windows , Installing Firefox & Signing in with my account , Bookmarks & Add-ons used to be restored for some reason , last time I Installed Firefox , bookmarks were not added after logging in with my acount , though add-ons were added successfully !!! Bookmarks r lost now ??

Please note that Firefox Sync is not a backup service, so your bookmarks may not be restored unless you have another computer that has those bookmarks on it.

When you reinstalled Windows, were your user files saved? Search from the root directory for a folder called Old Windows or something like that.
