First, I recommend clearing the Firefox cache and deleting Firefox cookies. This fixes most website issues.

If that doesn't help, try Firefox in Safe Mode. This special troubleshooting mode will temporarily disable add-ons and revert some settings. This will ensure that it's not a setting or extension that's interfering with the mentioned websites.
