Is there a way to save all tabs as a group (I have about 60 tabs opened) before attempting to update to a newer version of FF?
I don't want to lose all of the tabs that I have opened in my current session. Saving them individually would be very time consuming. Can multiple tabs be saved as a group so that they could be retrieved later?

I don't remember Firefox 66-67, but in Firefox 68, it's easier to access Bookmark All Tabs using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+d.
The right-click method has two steps now:
- right-click > Select All Tabs
- right-click > Bookmark Tabs

Note that Firefox 68 is about to be released during the next days.
You can backup the sessionstore.jsonlz4 file in the profile folder.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
I was not able to find the sessionstore.jsonlz4 file

Hello roger.me99,
The past few hours this is the the third thread you started - the other two are :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1264171
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1264176
This is not a "so-called" support forum - you will get all the support you need, but please be patient (and give cor-el a chance to help you).
I have multiple threads because firefox is having multiple issues.

I gave you a link to your other two threads, in case you thought that one of them had been removed (as you indicated).
Merely trying to help .....
Always such a pleasure trying to help nice people like you.
<edit> I am just incredibly frustrated right now with multiple issues with firefox.

Dude you're not looking for support, it seems that you're out to beat up on the contributors who come here to help you.
How's this?
Right-click on a tab, then select Bookmark All Tabs, and then name the folder that will be created. You'll find that new folder in your Bookmarks Menu.

The Ctrl+Shift+d worked For some reason I seemed to have lost the Bookmark All Tabs section of the pop menu when I right click on tabs.

It is not lost, it only works differently. You have "Bookmark Tab" in the context menu. This changes to "Bookmark Tabs" if you use the feature to select multiple tabs or select all tabs that you also find in the Tab context menu. There are more 'Tab' items in the context menu that work with multiple tabs selected and 'Tab' changes to 'Tabs' with more than one tab selected.
Thanks for the solution(s) !
I also had remembered "Bookmark All Tabs" from some previous version. When that was missing from the context menu I thought that perhaps the ability to save all tabs was gone. Glad to know that it is still doable.
I also read through part of the info at the link provided above by cor-el. I learned that it is also possible to select/bookmark a subset of open tabs. That will be very useful.
