Greyed out + perm selected "Copy sent message to folder"

My TB hangs when sending emails from outlook when it gets to the "Creating a copy to sent messages" option. However, obviously it's taken care of by the outlook server so I have no need for this. The solution is to stop it sending messages automatically... But when I try, the options are greyed out and cannot be unchecked. https://i.imgur.com/nD6eAeR.png
