please try to remove the zemana keylogger software altogether - it's known to cause problems with eset: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1501362

As a test, disable Malwarebytes. If the problem continues, disable AntiLogger Free.

Tks for assistance FredMcD - Disabled Malwarebytes and then Zemana AntiLogger - unfortunately Firefox continued to crash on startup
