I keep getting a message that I need to download the latest IOS version of Firefox in order to use add ons - evidently my iphone and ipad pro is seeing my current download as out of date, corrupt, or something on those lines. Would an expert please advise here? I am hearing impaired; please also email me. Thanks.

13.3 is the latest IOS version on both my ipad pro and iphone 11 pro max, but your site refuses to let me update the app in any way, shape, or form - your browser occasionally just reminds me I am using an outdated app/Firefox......
