Status bar is too bright

The status bar now turns white instead of leaving it black like most apps (including Firefox) usually does. Is this supposed to be a new feature or change or something? Because if so, I should be able to switch it on or off. I don't mean to be nitpicking, it's just that now Firefox hurts my eyes to look at, and I loathe the idea of switching browsers again, Firefox is my favorite browser and the thought of switching browsers over something like this is depressing. Please help, asap. (In the attached image, the status bar at the top of the screen has become grayish instead of black.)

Hi

We have not made any changes to the toolbar design in Firefox fro Android for a few years now. If you do find it a bit bright I recomend that you try the new Firefox Preview browser that has a built in dark theme that may be easier on the eyes.
