getting some recent iastorea.sys blue screen errors

my system has been "surprisingly stable" for a year or two. during the past couple of weeks, I've started having bsod iastorea.sys irc_not_equal type errors (intel rapid storage technology). it's happened twice in 2 weeks - so it's not a one-off

I haven't changed anything noticeable in the system recently. no driver updates.

the crashes have happened at exactly (exactly) the same point on the two occasions, both have been saving a jpg image in firefox (from instagram).

has anything changed recently in firefox?

win 7, Ff 82.0.2 (64-bit)

the code hasn't changed in the past 2 weeks as far as I know
