Funny behavior when accessing the website with Firefox

more options

When accessing my own WordPress website with a Firefox browser I am getting a display that looks as if there is an additional layer on top of the display, and you need to do a Ctrl +F5 to get a normal display.

Going to some of the categories, you only get the page loader. I have checked with Chrome and Vivaldi, and it is working fine there.

My question – Is this a WordPress theme problem, or a Firefox issue?

hello rian,

at first attempt to see the webpages, i saw nothing unusual.

but after a 2nd visit, i saw the layer with a pulsating red dot in the middle.

I think the html code and or java scripting needs tweeking.

otherwise, i could do a "reload" of the page, and it would remove the layer

but the layer would return here and there "but" also disappear on its own.

i did note that the css code for "grid" is not being used.

maybe it would help organize the webpage eleements for better rendering if FF.

Yea I think Chrome and other browsers are letting the problem pass, but Firefox does not like the idea. I suspect that the problem lies within the WordPress theme, but I would like to make sure of this before I take this up with the developers.
