You can click the '>>' chevron on the PDF viewer toolbar and rotate the viewer counter clockwise or use "Shift+R". I don't think that this should happen if you are filling a form.

The commands for rotating are 'R' and 'Shift+R', so if it happens again then use the opposite to revert the rotation:
