Hey! Sorry for the late response! Could you please send me a screenshot of your problem? I get what you mean by opening Youtube videos in different tabs and how you wish for the video to start when I click on the tab. But I would really like to see a screenshot.

I just experimented oon my computer an I have found out that the timing matters a lot. For me if I have youtube videos on multiple tabs (and I've never even touched them) it wouldn't play automatically. But sometimes it does! Even for me the video and audio play without me clicking.

I assume it is because of the recent update. I advice you to experiment on your computer when to click the tabs.

It looks like this when I open a YouTube videos. I want the video to play automatically not when I open the tab, but when I first click on the tab.

I don't think there is a built-in feature to autoplay-on-focus. Maybe there is an add-on for that? You could search on the add-ons site:
