Have you considered using 'Thunderbird' as access to emails instead of directly logging on to the webmail account, if set up as Imap account then you can get access to all server folders. It is then easier to download full copies and copy them into 'Local Folders' mail account before deleting the original off the server. They would then be saved on your computer.
