Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Are you using Firefox from the Mozilla server or possibly a special Firefox version branded by Acer ?

It's their preinstalled fork. Try to download firefox directly from the mozilla website.
