Exporting Address Book to a vCard file does not attach a phone number type to all phone numbers

When exporting the Address Book to a vCard file not all telephone numbers have a type attached to them. Some are like this TEL;VALUE=TEXT:xxx-xxx-xxx and some are like this TEL;TYPE=home;VALUE=TEXT:xxx xxx-xxxx.

I've tried deleting the phone number, save the change, then input the phone number and save the change, and then export again, but no change - still no TYPE info.

Has anyone had this same experience or know what may cause this?

And yes, I have tried the vCard plugin but I don't use that because selecting a list entry in the compose window automatically expands the list :-(

I should have mentioned TB 91.3.2 and Win10 with latest updates.

It does not appear that the type is compulsory. https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6350.html#section-5.6 and I am assuming that work numbers are getting no Type value work, but home numbers are.

I did look at the RFC, the cardinality of different tags, and also understand that a TYPE tag is not required.

I'm just wondering on the export why some phone numbers get a type tag and others don't. Is it something about the way the data is stored in the Address Book database? In the Address Book UI all the phone numbers are in the respective phone number fields.

I thought that it may have had something to do with when the Address Book was moved from .pab to sqlLite storage that something didn't get put where it was supposed to go. That is why I deleted the number, saved that record, and then re-entered it and saved it again.
