When I search for driving schools in my area; my driving school comes up with two stars. Several months back my 4.9 rating with over three hundred reviews would come up. Someone changed the way it is coming up and it's showing two stars with one review from Yelp? Please help me. This is not fair?

If you have a problem with your listing on Yelp, they have a page for businesses here: https://business.yelp.com/

When you search from Firefox's address bar, it sends your query to your default search site, which usually is Google, but could be another site. You can check the address bar on your search results page to see which site is providing the results. The reason I mention this is that Mozilla doesn't have its own search results and can't fix problems with search engine results pages. That would be an issue to take up with the relevant site(s).
