I have entered by email details at the "Set Up Your Existing Email Address" page. It been showing looking up configuration for over an hour.

I have entered by email details at the "Set Up Your Existing Email Address" page. On my computer its been showing the looking up configuration tab for over an hour now. How long does this normally take? I have an email address I I got via FastHosts in the UK. Any assistance to set up my email will be greatly appreciated.

This often happens when password is also entered. Stop the process, remove password, and restart. Normally, it finishes in seconds.
