Inbox sub-folders not displayed in folders pane

I have suddenly noticed that some sub folders in my account are not being displayed in the folders pane. I have checked the local profile folder and it contains the folder Inbox.sbd, but the contents are not displayed. I've tried various checks from other users but none work!

I have checked the local profile folder and it contains the folder Inbox.sbd.

There should be mbox files (without a file name extension) having the the same name as the corresponding subfolder(s) underneath Inbox.sbd. If those mbox files don't exist you'd have to restore them from a recent backup you created.
