I am not getting sound even though sound is enabled both in Firefox and computer. However I am getting sound in Chrome. Using Windows 10 on Lenovo Thinkpad X1.

Have you ran Lenovo System Update recently?

Also, just for S&Gs, I would run updates from Intel. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
