How do I change my Thunderbird inline email header info from detailed to minimal?

Whenever I reply to an email, Thunderbird inserts a detailed email header above the message to which I am replying. How do I minimize that info to Date-time, Sender, Receiver, and Subject?

Set View/Headers to Normal. Press Alt if the Menu Bar with View is hidden.
