Hi nottyn7, yes we do monitor these forums but not every question can be answered since some questions give us vague details. Also not every volunteer helper has a iPhone to help troubleshoot all the reported issues. Hopefully that gets better in the coming months ahead.
We're also combating very strange spam so that also gets in the way of looking at the legitimate questions.

Also I'm really happy the data management option started working again for you. But please remember if that happens again not to keep hitting the screen with your finger so hard that it hurts. That's just not going to change anything no matter how badly you want it to. At that point, I would've assumed something went wrong with the iOS system & restarted the phone to see if it could stop getting stuck at that area.

Thanks! And you're welcome. No worries, we've all been there. I'm stubborn myself so I can relate. Just wanted to remind you software problems will make us lose our cool but try to outsmart those problems before we reach our angry/breaking point.
