account set up does not recognize the server message
After installing Thunderbird, I cannot see my inbox email after completing Setting Up Existing Email. I have I put in the account password, email address and full name and click Done under Account Set UP. I receive a message in a yellow box saying the server is not recognized. I am trying to install Thuderbird on a Windows 11 computer.
I have checked all the message boards for information, but the problem is not addressed.
I have logged onto to gmail to verfiy Thunderbird, and followed install directions on You Tube.
