Unable to create a folder

I manage currently six mail accounts with TB. The sixth account created today is at the end of the list, oddly after the "Local Folders". When I try to create a Folder in this new account using the option in drop down menu it accepts the name but the folder is not created. on all other accounts there is no problem in creating a folder this way. Other than this problem the new account works as intended. I have restarted several times TB but this did not help. Thank you for the attention.

Minor comment: to get the account listed above Local Folders, go to account settings, locate the account on left side, hightlight it, rightclick and drag up above Local Folders.
