windows will not run, I can access my files by placing hard disc in an external drive, how do retrive my scrabook files and bookmarks and load them on another computer?

Windows xp will not boot. I have placed the hard drive in an external hard drive enclosure and can access all my files. I would like to retrieve my firefox scrapbook files and bookmarks and mount them on another computer or remount them on this drive after I wipe it and reload windows.
