firefox will not let me install create and print for blue mountain

I am a paid blue mountain user, try to print cards and it tells me I need a plugin, download and it states cannot be installed not compatible with firefox 3.6.3 I click on allow and it still will not allow. I can't use my blue mountain if it will not print.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened
