My Toolbars have been removed or disabled and substituted with ONLY the icq Toolbar

apparently when I recently updated my ICQ account, My Foxfire preferences were altered. I don't seem to have any Toolbars accept the ICQ and my homepage was changed.. ETC ETC.

In the View menu, select Toolbars, then click on the names of the toolbar to toggle displaying them.

If the entire menu bar is missing, to get it back foolow the instructions in the Restore the Menu bar in Firefox article.
