Firefox 3.6.10 won't acccess the Internet

I upgraded to 3.6.10 this morning. Now Firefox just won't access the Internet at all. IE has no problems accessing the Internet. FF won't do anything. I've tried re-installing. Please help.

This is likely to be caused by a firewall blocking the new version of Firefox. For more details see Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can.
