I cannot access itunes but can access all other sites

I cannot access itunes store but have no other issues with other sites. I've made no changes to settings or installed any other software or hardware. In short, overnight my itunes store connection was refused and apple tech cannot help.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
