when I sign on auctiva.com, this site is huge & I cannot make it smaller, this is a new problem, in internet explorer, the site is normal. How can I fix this?

I have never had problems until about a week ago. When I go to the auctiva. com website, the format is so large, you cannot maneuver. I tried clearing the cache, I tried restoring the system to an earlier date, but nothing has worked. If I use internet explorer, this site is normal. This is the only site I have a problem with & auctiva says it is my brower.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
