I have windows xp and just started using firefox I am very pleased with firefox but in ie I always pick up pictures from family and friends on facebook. in ie all I do is right click on the picture and choose save picture as but in firefox I don't have that option when I right click on a photo. My friends that use firefox say they do. what should I do to fix this? also when I upgraded to firefox 4 I no longer get a list of friends in farmville and other games in order to send gifts. I have to use ie to get pictures and if I want to give something in games.

It is a Facebook problem - since they have changed over to the slide show view of photos you cant save them.

Easy answer, open a photo as normal, when the photo appears in the black slideshow, click the refresh button on the toolbar at the top of FF - the photos revert back to the old FB style of showing the photos - then right click and 'save image option is there ...

I also have this problem but on e-bay. I routinely "save pictures as" from e-bay. The solutions that are offered here do not satisfy my problem. Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

You can try if you can find the images in "Tools > Page Info > Media" and save them there.

If someone's friends list does not show up, it could be that they have blocked people from seeing the list. My brother did this to me, but I could see everybody else's friends list. I guess he was jealous I would 'steal' his girlfriends away from him. So, it could be their privacy or account settings causing this. If it is this way with EVERYBODY'S profile, then I'd say it's a FB problem.

I found that if I allow third party cookies I get the friends list just fine in FaceBook games.... solved my problem. Thanks to everyone for helping.
