Solution choisie

To browse saved pages in Firefox, type "file:" in the location bar and then press Enter or Go. Pages saved to the memory card are probably in the "sdcard" folder.

thanks a lot ! one more question - do the html pages on a card link between one another via hyperlinks ? ... or is it only possilbe to open the individual html pages from some sort of a file manager ?

Pages saved on a disk can link to each other with hyperlinks. Depending on how they were saved or created, they might or might not link to each other.

If you want to save a copy of an existing web site and browse it on your storage card, you can use special software to do this. For example, if you are comfortable using command-line programs then you can use "wget": http://fosswire.com/post/2008/04/create-a-mirror-of-a-website-with-wget/
