As above: I cannot view Yahoo on Firefox. I'm using Windows Vista OS, broadband connection. I don't get any error message as such - the browser just displays a blank page. When I hover mouse over address bar I get the pop-up: "This website goes not supply identity information".

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Hi Cor-el,

I did as you suggested - clearing cache and checking the themes and cookies - but to no avail: Yahoo.co.uk still does not appear in Firefox. I have a few cookies on system that are related to online banking security, so clearly I am hesitant to remove them. Could they be the cause?
