I am not getting the new firefox 4.01 button feature (Windows XP)
I am still getting the old menu bar and not the new Firefox button on my newly installed 4.01 Firefox. My system is Windows XP I watched the "Getting Started" videos explaining how to use 4.01 when I updated, and that was when I realised that something was wrong.

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.
