As of approximately one month ago, Firefox 4.0 did not support Norton Identity Safe and Safe Search. At the time you indicated this problem would be fixed by early May. What is the current status?

Solution choisie

Symantec have made an update for their add-ons to work in Firefox 4, but they only listed them as compatible with Firefox 4.0, they need to update them to let them work in Firefox 4.0.1. Symantec have made an update for their add-ons to work in Firefox 4, but they only listed them as compatible with Firefox 4.0, they need to update them to let them work in Firefox 4.0.1.
