How do I recover my firefox sync account?

I recently reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop and didn't even think to jot down my firefox sync info before doing so, and didn't realize I even NEEDED to until I installed FireFox and tried to connect to my sync account to get my bookmarks back.

I also have apparently lost my username, because I tried recovering my password and put in all of the usernames I generally use but it claimed it couldn't find my account. Is there a way to recover my account using the corresponding e-mail account?

I just wish this was easier like Chrome's sync, never ran into issues there. That is actually what I have to use until I get my sync set up in firefox.

If you don't have the Sync Key, I afraid you won't be able to recover the information from Firefox Sync. You can try this link to see if you can recover your bookmarks:
