How to restore bookmarks saved to a word file?

I had to restore my computer to factory settings, so I copied all my bookmarks and saved them to a word file. How can i put them back into my bookmark library? thanks

Firefox can not import bookmarks from a word file, it can import them from HTML or JSON format.

Thanks! Well, at least I can open them individually from Word and then save them as new bookmarks, one by one. I should have looked into this BEFORE I restored my computer.

I played around with it and got it to work! Restored my bookmarks. Thanks for the advice, cor-el! :-)
