Why is there a problem with 128 bit Encryption from banking websites that can't recognize Firefox as being secure enough when that problem didn't exist previously?

Banking websites test web browsers to see if they meet their standards for access. When they test FireFox there is always a problem that it doesn't meet their standards. Then, all we hear from the forum's is that it does meet the standards. That's fine but it doesn't help with the website that we could access previously under the old versions but not with the new one. Although some websites work and others do not I can only guess that this might be a political issue. Enough said.

It is possible that they look for "U;" in the Firefox user agent and that security section is no longer present in the UA in Firefox 4.
