download was done but I never received the info to add to application or move icon to the dock

I'm trying to get into my vacation club.com for Marriott and my Safari browser tells me that I have to have firefox to open up this program as it is not set up for Apple. I downloaded it and the 5. downloaded but I never received the directions to move the icon to the application folder or the dock
