Seems that your entire Navigation bar is missing, see

Make sure first that you are not being confused by the rearrangement of Tabs on top and the buttons on the navigation bar having been moved to the right end of the navigation bar.

Also make sure you are not in Full Screen mode (F11 to toggle on/off)
