This keeps popping out when ever i click something on firefox, but why does it pop out, and what can i do to make it stop?

This keeps popping out when ever i click something on firefox, but why does it pop out, and what can i do to make it stop? Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes). 

   Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

This issue can be caused by the McAfee Site Advisor extension
