the top 1" of my screen is not active in anyweb site I go to .

I downloaded firefox 7 , the top 1" of any website I go to the link tabs within that web site are not active.

I can use the window explorer verision and all the tabs/links in the top 1" are active. I have removed firfox and reinstalled and has not solved the issue.

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
