Bookmard folders in Yahoo toolbar no longer in alphabetical order, anyway to fix this?

My bookmark folders in the Yahoo bookmarks toolbar suddenly got out of alphabetical order. Also will not let me save any bookmarks there. And will not allow me to open in a new tab from those bookmarks, it will allow to open them in the current tab just not a new tab. Any thoughts? Start over? YIKES!
