how can i stop the getting started with firefox page from always loading first when i start firefox?
when i start firefox from my desktop before my home page which is myyahoo downloads, a pge called getting started with firefox always downloads first. ive recently updated to 8.01 and that doesnt help. also turned off auto up dates whiich also comes on before my home page.

even setting the start page, BOTH are opened when mozilla starts: "getting started" and, after that, the one i set up as start page. I cannot get rid of the one that says getting started no matter how many times mozilla have been already started.
