My home page suddenly changed, it moves around, the top tool bar is missing, no bookmarks, VERY ANNOYING

I have google as my home page and it's still there. I re-installed Firefox. Google is there but no tool bar, no bookmarks tab, nothing, and it keeps moving up and down with the cursor. the only thing visible is an address bar with the google bar next to it.
