I am getting this msg pop-up after Firefox locks after attempting to use Flash. It also states that some security software can cause the problem.

If the bookmarks and history are not available, probably places.sqlite in the profile got damaged. Close Firefox, open the profile directory, delete places.sqlite, then restart Firefox. The bookmarks should be restored from the bookmark backups.

I also tried another solution to the Flash issue.., so far so good.

FF crashed and I got the same msg again; Looking for another solution.
