I'm not sure what you want to achieve?

Do you have a problem with displaying pop-ups and can't you open a pop-up or do you want to suppress a pop-up or do you get a notification?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
